Tussen de honderden exposanten uit de hele wereld trok de Poolse stand, georganiseerd bij de Poolse Kamer voor Biologische Voeding (PI\u017bE), de aandacht. Dit was niet alleen te danken aan de smaak van de biologische producten, maar vooral aan de gesprekken over Europese biologische voeding met het Euro-blaadje-certificaat (Euroleaf).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-light-green-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-50028f3b1933cd382b67017f13dc4dd3 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Business, relaties en educatie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kijken terug op talrijke B2B-ontmoetingen en een persbriefing, waarin we de media wezen op onder andere greenwashing. Een groene verpakking en een pakkende marketingtekst betekenen immers niet dat een product ook daadwerkelijk biologisch is. Biologische certificering is een strikt controlesysteem, geen designelement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-light-green-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8ac35669aaacf6e3bb43a4516a217d15 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De \u201e60-secondentest\u201d: hoe herken je een echt biologisch product?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-color\">Zoek naar de drie kenmerken:<\/mark><\/strong> Je herkent een echt biologisch product binnen een minuut in het schap. Het moet voorzien zijn van: het Europese Euro-blaadje-logo (Euroleaf), de code van de certificeringsinstantie en een duidelijke herkomst van de grondstoffen (EU \/ niet-EU).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-color\">Wees kritisch:<\/mark><\/strong> Het ontbreken van deze elementen is een rode vlag. Het is dan raadzaam om de verkoper of producent te vragen naar het actuele certificaat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het Euro-blaadje (Euroleaf) is een garantie voor kwaliteit en respect voor de planeet. Hoe beter we dit logo begrijpen, hoe sterker de markt voor duurzame voeding wordt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onze dank gaat uit naar iedereen die onze stand heeft bezocht, heeft deelgenomen aan de B2B-gesprekken en met ons heeft gesproken over biologische voeding.
