Polish organic food at NatExpo 2025 in Paris

There is a growing need in Europe to strengthen cooperation in the organic farming sector. With France increasingly relying on food imports, and around 30% of the organic products offered there coming from outside the country, cooperation within the European Union is becoming increasingly important. According to the assumptions of the new European strategy for food sovereignty – the Treaty of Nancy – Central European countries, including Poland, can play a key role in this cooperation.

During the Natexpo 2025 trade fair, which will take place in Paris from 30 November to 2 December, a Polish delegation of seven companies representing organic farming and processing will present their products, technologies and approach to sustainable production.

This participation is taking place under the patronage of the European Union and marks the launch of a three-year campaign entitled “European organic – enjoy, savour and share”, implemented by the Polish Chamber of Organic Food (PIŻE) in France and the Netherlands with EU co-financing.

This initiative is part of the long-term development of economic and environmental cooperation between Central Europe and France – a market that is particularly important for building strong, resilient and transparent organic production chains in the European Union.

The delegation consists of companies that represent the diversity and high standards of the Polish organic industry. All of them are Euroleaf certified, meeting the EU’s strict requirements for quality and sustainable production.

Companies participating in the fair:

  • Bio Planet S.A. – the leader in the Polish organic food production and distribution market, offering over 6,000 certified products and cooperating with a wide network of partners throughout Europe.
  • Bionest – a producer from Masuria, specialising in the processing of ancient grain varieties such as spelt, einkorn and emmer under the Mazurskie Zbiory brand.
  • Bartolini – a family-run manufacturer with a thirty-year tradition, producing over 50 types of organic pasta, including gluten-free and legume pasta.
  • Diet-Food – a producer of a wide range of organic superfoods, granola, oils and supplements, combining naturalness with modern nutritional knowledge.
  • IMARTI – a supplier of certified organic agricultural raw materials (seeds, cereals, legumes and oilseeds) for the food industry in the EU.
  • P.W. Eska Agro – a producer of organic gluten-free flours, groats and flakes based on buckwheat, millet and oats.
  • MLB Biotrade – a company specialising in freeze-drying and spray-drying organic fruit and vegetables, allowing them to retain their natural aroma and nutritional value.

Together, they form a representation that shows the growing potential of the organic sector in Poland and our region’s contribution to the development of sustainable agriculture in Europe.

Visitors to Natexpo and media representatives will be able to taste products prepared by Polish producers during cooking demonstrations and tastings at the delegation’s stand. The presentations aim to showcase the diversity of flavours and high quality of organic food from Central Europe.

Chef Nicolas Touroul Chevalerie is responsible for the cooking demonstration, preparing his own dishes using products from seven Polish exhibitors.
